Flow: Water Tracker terms of use
Agreement
These Terms of use are between you and ZUROTH PRIVATE LIMITED and cover Flow: Water Tracker ("Flow"). By using Flow, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you downloaded Flow from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if from Google Play, Google Play's Terms of Service also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for Flow or its support.
What Flow is
Flow helps you log what you drink, suggests a daily water goal, and reminds you to drink during the day. It works on your phone without an internet connection.
Not medical advice
Flow provides general wellness guidance only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Goals are estimates based on general guidance and the details you enter. If you have a heart, kidney or other medical condition, are pregnant, or have been told to limit fluids, follow your health professional's advice instead of Flow.
Drinking safely
Drinking very large amounts of water in a short time can be harmful. Flow keeps suggested goals within a sensible range and shows a note when you log an unusually large amount, but you're responsible for listening to your body. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell.
Your data
Everything you enter is stored on your phone and belongs to you. We don't have a copy, so we can't restore lost data. Keep your phone's backup turned on, or export a CSV file, if you want a copy.
Apple Health and Health Connect
If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, your use of it is also governed by Apple's or Google's terms. You can disconnect at any time.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Flow on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
Ownership
Flow, including its design, text, graphics and code, belongs to ZUROTH PRIVATE LIMITED.
Updates
We may update, change or stop offering Flow at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep using the app.
No warranty
Flow is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will be error-free or always available, or that its goals and reminders will suit your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ZUROTH PRIVATE LIMITED isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Flow. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Ending use
You can stop using Flow at any time by deleting it. If you break these terms, your licence to use the app ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update them in the app and on this page and change the effective date. Using Flow after a change means you accept the new terms.
